This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury house rental is perfect large groups with beds for up to 16 adults and a conference room that can be used as a dormer for up to 20 "campers" in sleeping bags. The Sunnyside House boasts a generous and well laid out living space with cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace (natural gas), kitchen and breakfast nook, dining room, covered front and back porches, and an outdoor hot tub.
The Sunnyside House is located in Fayetteville West Virginia's New River Gorge Preserve and adjacent to New River Gorge Adventures, one of the area's premiere outdoor outfitters.

Lodging Notes

- All lodging except camping requires a 2-night minimum stay on Friday/Saturday nights
- A 6% sales tax is added to all sales, and an additional 6% county lodging tax is applied to deluxe lodging rentals
- For your privacy and comfort, cabins do not have phones and are non-smoking
