This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury house rental is perfect large groups with beds for up to 16 adults and a conference room that can be used as a dormer for up to 20 "campers" in sleeping bags. The Sunnyside House boasts a generous and well laid out living space with cathedral ceiling and stone fireplace (propane gas), kitchen and breakfast nook, dining room, covered front and back porches, and an outdoor hot tub.
The Sunnyside House is located in Fayetteville West Virginia's New River Gorge Preserve and adjacent to The New River National Park providing you with a 70,000 acre playground.

Lodging Notes
- Each child 13 and under stays FREE with each paying adult
- Fully-Equipped Kitchen: stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, and coffee maker
- All lodging except camping requires a 2-night minimum stay on Friday/Saturday nights
- A 6% sales tax is added to all sales, and an additional 6% county lodging tax is applied to deluxe lodging rentals
- For your privacy and comfort, cabins do not have phones and are non-smoking
- Pets are allowed at New River Gorge Preserve House Rentals, but a deposit will be required. Please call to inquire.
